There are a few things you need to know...

Cancellation Policy
Our time together is important. Appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 100% of the session fee. If the appointment has been prepaid as part of a package, the session will be deducted from the package. If the session was prepaid via gift certificate, the gift certificate will be marked as used.

If a client cancels an appointment with more than 24 hours notice but less than 48 hours notice more than three times per year, the client may be moved to a pre-pay only program that requires a 48-hour notice of cancellation or reschedule.

If an single appointment is rescheduled more than twice, that appointment will be canceled. The client may schedule a new appointment at a time that is more convenient for them. If the serial rescheduling recurs, the client may be moved to a pre-pay only program that requires a 48-hour notice of cancellation or reschedule.

This is to ensure that all clients are best able to receive the healing sessions that they need.

Late Policy
Appointments that begin late due to client not being ready or not at the place of the appointment on time will still end at the scheduled time, or may have to be cancelled and/or rescheduled if the client is 15 minutes or more late on arrival. Clients will be responsible for payment in full for the service that was scheduled.
